Refund policy

Last updated: 2026-06-09

🔒 Please read before you upgrade

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a plan is purchased, no refund will be issued for any reason — including change of mind, accidental purchase, or playlist issues.

nilePlayer is a player only — your payment buys access to the player's paid features, not any TV channels, movies, or content. Because you bring your own playlist, problems with what plays back are problems with that playlist (your provider, your URL, your bandwidth), not with the Player. Refunding the Player on the basis of content problems would be like refunding a TV because a channel went off-air.

Before you pay — think twice

Quick sanity check

  • Do you have a working M3U / XC playlist URL right now?
  • Have you opened it on the Free tier and confirmed it plays?
  • Is the feature you want to unlock (sync, profiles, themes, etc.) actually available on the tier you're picking? See /pricing for the full grid.
  • Are you OK with Lifetime being a one-time-only purchase with no refunds and no transfers?

What we DO offer

  • Free tier for 1 year on every fresh device — no payment, no card. Use it to confirm the Player works for your playlist before paying for anything.
  • 7-day Plus trial on auto-registered devices (when enabled). Same purpose: test the paid features before paying.
  • One-time MAC switch on paid Plus / Max / Turbo so you can transfer your activation to a new TV once if you replace the hardware.

Edge cases

In the rare case of a duplicate / double charge by Kashier within minutes of the original payment, contact [email protected] with the order reference — we'll reverse the duplicate. Anything outside that window is non-refundable per the policy above.

By clicking Proceed with payment on the upgrade page, you confirm you've read this policy and agree it is final.
