What we store
- Device fingerprint: MAC address, 6-digit device key, model name (if your TV reports one), platform.
- Plan state: current tier, billing kind, expiry, country (locked on first contact).
- Telemetry: last-seen timestamp, last 10 unique IPs, app version, user-agent.
- Email (optional): only stored if you verify one in the portal — used for account recovery and future multi-device grouping.
- Cluster membership: which Cluster row your device belongs to, your role (master / peer / child).
What we don't store
- Card details. Payments go through Kashier — they tokenise the card on their side; we only see a payment reference.
- What you watch. Continue-watching and favourites are kept on the device (or shared across your own cluster). We don't track titles, episodes, channels, or watch time.
- Real-time location. Country is resolved once on first contact (from your IP / Cloudflare header) and frozen on the device row for pricing-currency lock.
Who we share with
- Kashier — for processing payments.
- MaxMind — IP → country lookup (one-shot per device, done locally on the server using a downloaded database; no per-request call to MaxMind).
- TMDB — only when you opt into TMDB metadata enrichment and configure an API key (Plus and higher).
How to delete your data
Email [email protected] from the verified email on your account with the MAC address of the device(s) you want removed. We'll wipe the row(s) and unlink any cluster membership.
